The average sold price per square foot for a luxury condo now sits at $1,308/SF up 3.3% from last quarter’s $1,266.
Only 10 luxury condo units sold this quarter – the exact same number that sold in the first quarter of 2018.
On average it took 43 days for a Yorkville luxury condo to sell which is 12 days longer as compared to the previous quarter. Bad winter storms during the first 3 months of the year may have something to do with this lag.
