Yorkville Toronto Condo Market Report February 2019 Sold Prices Per Square Foot & Unit Sales History

• February’s average sold price per square foot was $1,172 – up 1% from January’s $1,160 but up over 14% from last February’s $1,026
• The average selling price for a Yorkville condo for the month of February was $1.261M – a 21% increase from last February when it was $1.045M
• 31 units sold in Yorkville in February a great improvement from January when only 11 condos in Yorkville sold
• Even though less new listings came up for sale in February, there was more choice for Buyers as the number of active listings increased by 27% from the previous month. This could possibly be explained by the fact that there were 3 major snowstorms in February hindering Buyers from getting out looking and Sellers deciding to wait until the weather improves before bringing their properties to market.
