2018 Yorkville Luxury Condo Market Report For Suite Sales Over $2M 2nd Quarter Sold Prices Per Square Foot & Unit Sales By Building Address
The average sold price for a Yorkville luxury condo was $2,293,967. This is down 7.6% from last quarter’s average sold price of $3,177,500.
The average sold price per square foot for a luxury condo was $1,255/sf – a slight 1.6% decrease from last quarter’s $1,276.
Buyers had more choice in the second quarter as there were 30% more luxury condo units for sale than in the first quarter.
In the 2nd quarter, 15 suites sold over $2 Million in Yorkville as compared to the previous quarter when only 10 units sold.
Out of the 15 luxury suites that sold this quarter, only one unit sale surpassed the $5 Million mark and took place at 1 St Thomas St. The unit with the highest sold price per square foot was located at the Four Seasons Private Residences and clocked in at $1,855/sq ft.
