Sold Prices Per Square Foot & Unit Sales By Building Address

• The average selling price for a Yorkville condo for the month of May was $985,224 – down 24% from April’s $1.291M

• May’s average sold price per square foot was $1,119 – also down from April’s $1,429

• It took 20 days on average for a Yorkville condo to sell; 1 day longer than in the previous month

• The number of units sold was down almost 19% in May, supply in terms of new listings was also down 9.4% while active listings remained about the same as in April

• In May only 1 unit sold over $2.5 Million mark in Yorkville
