• The average selling price for a Yorkville condo for the month of February was $1.045M – down 9.6% from January’s $1.350M
• February’s average sold price per square foot was $1026 – also down from January’s $1251/SF
• It took 28 days on average for a Yorkville condo to sell; 3 days faster than in the previous month
• More supply came on the market in February with more suites selling
• Unlike in January, February had no suite sales over the $3.5 Million mark
