4th Quarter 2017 Sold Prices Per Square Foot & Luxury Unit Sales
• The average selling price for a Yorkville condo this quarter was $1.512M up 10% from the previous quarter’s $1.375M
• However the average sold price per square foot was $1058 down 8% from last quarter’s $1152.
• It took 40 days on average for a Yorkville condo to sell; 3 days longer than in the previous quarter.
Yorkville Luxury Condo Sales Over $2 Million
The 4th quarter of 2017 had 12 suite sales over $2 million as compared to the previous quarter when 9 units sold. The average sold price of a luxury condo was $2,912,083. This is down from the previous quarter’s average sold price of $3,348,100.
However, the average sold price per square foot for a luxury condo priced over $2M was up slightly to $1,323.
Sales of Yorkville luxury condo units sped up in the 4th quarter as it took only 34 days for a luxury suite to sell; 4 days fast than in the previous quarter.
Interestingly, there was 1 luxury unit that sold that sold over the $5 Million mark.
