Yorkville Condo Units Taking Longer To Sell But Sold Prices Continue To Go Higher
• The average selling price for a Yorkville condo this quarter was $1,724,273 up from the previous quarter’s $1,512,740.
• Average sold price per square foot was $1137 up from last quarter’s $1069.
• It took 33 days on average for a Yorkville condo to sell; 8 days longer than in the previous quarter.
Yorkville Luxury Condo Sales Over $2M
The 2nd quarter of 2017 had 23 suite sales over $2 million as compared to the previous quarter when only 7 units sold. The average sold price of a luxury condo was $3,320,962. This is down 20% from the previous quarter’s average sold price of $4,131,714.
