Sales of Yorkville Toronto Condos Surge In The 2nd Quarter Resulting In Slightly Lower Sold Prices

• 104 Yorkville condo units sold in the 2nd quarter up 47% from last quarter when only 71 Yorkville condo units sold
• The average selling price for a Yorkville condo is $1,162,074 down slightly from the previous quarter’s $1,274,953.
• It took 33 days on average for a Yorkville condo to sell; 6 days faster than in the previous quarter.

Yorkville Luxury Condo Sales Over $2M

The 2nd quarter of 2016 had 6 suite sales over $2 million with an average sold price of $2,802,500. This is down dramatically from last quarter when 3 units sold over $5M in the Four Seasons Private Residences. As the condo building with the consistently highest sold prices per square foot in the city of Toronto, the Four Seasons Private Residences had no unit sales this quarter and that played a significant role in the lower sold prices for Yorkville luxury condos priced over $2 million.
