4TH Quarter 2015 Sold Prices Per Square Foot & Luxury Unit Sales
• Average sold price per square foot was $846 down from last quarter’s $880.
• The average selling price for a Yorkville condo $975,682 down dramatically from the 3rd quarter’s $2,084,152.
• It took 51 days to sell a Yorkville condo – 3 days longer than in the last quarter

Yorkville Luxury Condo Sales Over $2M
The 4th quarter is usually a quieter time due to the holiday season and affluent Buyers being away in warmer climates for extended periods. This quarter was no exception as sales volume was down with only 8 luxury units in Yorkville selling as compared to the 14 luxury suites that sold in the previous quarter. The average sold price was also down to $2,718,750 down from last quarter’s $3,748,929. Surprisingly, the average sold price per square foot in the luxury segment was actually up slightly to $1220 from last quarter’s $1210.

The fourth quarter of 2015 sold stats for Yorkville resale condos reveals that the average sold price per square foot for a Yorkville condo was $846, down almost 4% from the previous quarter’s $880.

46 condo units sold in the fourth quarter of 2015. This was a 23% decrease from the third quarter when 60 condo units sold.

It took a little longer for Yorkville condos to sell in the 4th quarter at 51 days compared to last quarter’s 48 days.
