Overall 2014 solds stats for condos listed on MLS in Yorkville Toronto were very similar to 2013 with some minor fluctuations.
The average sold price per square foot was down slightly to $798 as compared to $803 in 2013.
However the average sold price for a Yorkville Toronto condo in 2014 was up ever so slightly to $1,209,718 from $1,207,981 in the previous year.
It took an average of 45 days on market to sell a condo in Yorkville in 2014; 2 days faster than in 2013 when the average days on market was 47.
The major difference in the year over year comparisons took place in sales volume. 2014 saw 226 Yorkville condo units sell up 30% from 2013 when 174 units sold.

Yorkville’s Luxury Condo Market – Suites Sold Over $2 Million In 2014
Average sold price for a luxury condo in 2014 was $2,949,258 slightly down from $3,298,015 in 2013 but more importantly the average sold price per square foot jumped 2% to $1148 from last year’s $1124.
33 luxury condo units sold in 2014 up 22% from when 27 units sold in 2013. The bulk of these luxury sales took place at the Four Seasons Private Residences 50 Yorkville Ave.
The average number of days on market was 75; almost unchanged from 76 days in 2013.
Ultra Luxury Suites – Interestingly 2013 had 4 luxury units sell over the $5 million mark but only 1 unit sold over $5M in 2014.
New Condos To Resale
77 Charles West, an intimate condo building of only 50 suites, finally completed and registered in late 2014.
