The Cumberland Condos is the third phase of developer Camrost Felcorp’s plan for three condo buildings on the old Four Seasons Hotel site spanning the whole block on the east side of Avenue Road between Yorkville and Cumberland Street.  Unlike phase one which was the conversion of the existing hotel tower into condos, the Cumberland is a brand new 40 storey tower that will sit over where the ballroom and pool for the old Four Seasons Hotel once stood.  Phase two is a 10 storey commercial condo building at 135 Yorkville Ave with the first 2 floors available for lease and the top 8 floors available for purchase.
