Price Per Square Foot Sold Stats 2013 Fourth Quarter
The Yorkville Toronto condo market continues to see increasing sold prices. Average sold price per square foot for this fourth quarter was $825, an increase of 2.6% from the 3rd quarter of 2013 which was $804. Sales volume was also up 25% in comparison to the previous quarter of 2013.
Yorkville Luxury Condo Sales
The increase in sold price per square foot can be accounted for by the record number of solds in the luxury resale condo market sector in Yorkville. 12 luxury condo suites sold for between $2.2M to $6M in the 4th quarter of 2013 which was at least double that of every other quarter of 2013.
These 12 sales took place in a handful of Yorkville luxury condo buildings and also accounted for 24% of the sales volume for the quarter.
