Located where Davenport Road and Bay Street meet, the Florian’s crescent form reflects the unusual shape of the land it is built on. The Florian consists of a 25 storey Tower and 4 storey Podium built with deep purple museum quality iron spotted brick. All suites have balconies, fireplaces and floor to ceiling windows. Tower Residences have ten foot ceilings from levels 5 to 25 and Podium Residences have nine foot ceilings.

Residents have the opportunity to purchase participation in the Florian Wine Cellar program which allows residents to safely store their vintages in the temperature controlled wine cellar and features a luxuriously appointed tasting room to host private wine events. Suites range in size from one bedrooms of 743 square feet to penthouses of over 4000 square feet.
