Three new condominium projects are set to come to market this fall in Yorkville. So far here’s what we know:
The New Residences of Yorkville Plaza 155 Yorkville Ave Toronto
Developer Camrost-Felcorp is converting the existing 31 storey old Four Seasons hotel built in 1971 into luxury condominiums. With prices starting in the mid $300’s, suite designs range from bachelors, one bedrooms, one bedrooms plus den, two bedrooms and penthouse floor plans.
Camrost-Felcorp is not new to retrofitting as they are the developer currently converting Imperial Plaza office building at Avenue Road and St. Clair into residential condominiums. The Yorkville Plaza sales office is scheduled to open in September 2011.
133 Hazelton Residences 133 Hazelton Avenue & 195 Davenport Road Toronto
Mizrahi Khalili Developments is building a nine storey luxury condominium of thirty-eight units with three storeys of underground parking accessed off of Davenport Road.
The nine storey condo portion of the building fronts onto Davenport Road and is proposed to be set back from the street wall above the seventh storey. The plan also includes a two storey townhouse form fronting onto Hazelton Avenue with a single retail unit at grade along Davenport Road.
The project envelops 195 Davenport Road which is the old site of Careful Hand Laundry Dry Cleaners. Currently at 131 Hazelton Avenue sits a two storey professional office building.
Prices for suites start at $1 million and go all the way up to $7 million. The sales office is scheduled to open September 2011.
277 Davenport 277 Davenport Road Toronto
Developed by Burnac and designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, this luxury condominium project consists of only ten suites and six storeys located on the south side of Davenport Road nestled between Blinds To Go and Park Avenue Cleaners.
